Isjoma Select (referred to herein as "the company") welcomes all valued customers, visitors and users of Isjoma website. You (referred to herein as "the customer", "you" "your(s)" or "user(s)") agree that your use of such services is at your own risk. If you use our Site, you will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by these Terms of Use. This Terms of Use applies to the website www.isjoma.com (the ‘Site').

Isjoma Select reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use. By accepting our terms of use, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates. Please ensure that you revisit and review these Terms of Use regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, such changes if you continue to use our Site after the posting of any changes to these Terms of Use.

1. Not valid for cash back (unless required by law).
2. All products are subject to availability
3. Isjoma.com  printout will act as Proof of Purchase. Actual product might have to be brought to Isjoma office  for further assistance within 7 days of redemption in situations of product defect.
4. Your goods will be delivered via local courier (unless stated otherwise on the deal fine print) within 5 working days from receipt of confirmation email. ( Excluding weekends and public holiday).
5. Strictly no cancellation/amendment is allowed upon confirmation of booking.
6. For ordering of services rendered, please allow 2-4 weeks of process
7. Goods sold are not returnable.

Payment Terms

All orders are processed through Paypal.

In order to ensure your order is processed, please make payment upon receipt of order confirmation. Order(s) will be reserved for 24 hours only. We reserve the right to release your order to the next in queue if no payment is received.

Products

Depending on the colour calibration of individual's computer/laptop/handphone, colours of products may differ and appear darker in reality due to the usage of strong studio lighting.

Use of our Site by You

Users are granted a limited right to access and make use of our Site for your own use. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither the Company nor its associates can ensure prompt editing or removal or questionable content when it is posted. The Company shall assume no liability for any action or inaction with respect to conduct, communication or content on www.isjoma.com.
